The importance of volunteering

Volunteering at an NGO or nonprofit foundation is to play a major role that goes a long way from participating in a cause you believe in, making a sporadic donation or joining a group of people with a particular donation. Volunteering for an organization is to participate in the development and improvement of a society as a whole.

To work humanely means, in addition to understanding and believing in a cause, to be the hand that sustains a project so that it can continue and help more and more people.

It consists in having the role of contribution from the inside out, putting all energy into a cause and truly believing in its purpose and its role as a transforming agent within society.

Although there are no employment or employment relationships of the volunteer with the Institution, it is necessary that the volunteers be committed to carrying out the work with responsibility and seriousness. Every project, including social ones, needs their agents to be engaged and committed to changing reality.
