FECCMRJ (Breast Cancer Combat State Front of Rio de Janeiro, in portuguese) gathers to debate breast cancer scenario.

On august 17th happened the monthly meeting of the Breast Cancer Combat State Front of Rio de Janeiro.

 

The meeting counted on the presence of the institutions and movements: Laço Rosa, ABRAPAC (Brazilian Association of Support to Cancer Patients), ADAMA (Breast Friends Association of Niterói), Amigas da Mama de Cabo Frio (Breas Friends of Cabo Frio), Abrace Búzios, SBRAMO (Oncology Multi Professional Brazilian Association), Amigas da Mama de Petrópolis and Poderosas de Nova Iguaçu, other than patients and victorious people.

 

The event schedulle counted with the realization of an empathy maping, where intitutions and patients collaborated to the understanding of the patients’ view on some aspects, to the construction of a new program.

 

The meeting also received the presence of Mônica de Assis, sanitarist of the Precocious Detection Division and Support to the Network Organization, General Coordination of Prevention and Vigilance of INCA, who presented important data about breast cancer on the brazilian scenario.
